Position: Sr. Litigation Marketing Coordinator

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:Ballard Spahr has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our Litigation Department marketing and business development team.
The chosen candidate will work directly with the Litigation Business Development Managers to coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities for the Litigation Department including assisting with the execution of business development initiatives and projects, updating and maintaining marketing collateral; preparation and coordination of directory submissions; conducting business development research and analysis; and the preparation of pitch materials and RFP responses.
QUALIFICATIONS:Qualified candidates will be energetic and organized, with a proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic. They must possess strong project management, oral and written communication skills. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential. A bachelor’s degree with 4+ years' experience in law firm or other professional services firm plus familiarity with database functionality and document management applications are required.
