GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Ballard Spahr has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our Litigation Department marketing and business development team. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The chosen candidate will work directly with the Litigation Business Development Managers to coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities for the Litigation Department including assisting with the execution of business development initiatives and projects, updating and maintaining marketing collateral; preparation and coordination of directory submissions; conducting business development research and analysis; and the preparation of pitch materials and RFP responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will be energetic and organized, with a proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic.  They must possess strong project management, oral and written communication skills.  The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential.   A bachelor’s degree with 4+ years' experience in law firm or other professional services firm plus familiarity with database functionality and document management applications are required.
