Become a Master Coach

Coaching is quickly becoming a sought-after skill within the legal industry. Learning to become a business development coach or to refine your coaching skills to help lawyers reach their full potential for developing business is a great career opportunity. Through Certification Program Partner LawVision, LSSO offers non/members attendees the training, tools, and credentials to coach lawyers at all skill levels.

Certification Program Overview

LSSO offers classroom instruction by sales and coaching experts as well as in-house coaches. Case studies and examples of day-to-day opportunities and challenges are provided, and methods for meeting those challenges and leveraging opportunities are discussed. An individual one-on-one follow-up meeting or a live coaching session earns each participant their Coaching Advantage© Certification.
