The Legal Lean Sigma Process Improvement and Project Management Yellow Belt certification course is designed for legal and business professionals who want to learn and begin applying concepts and primary tools of process improvement and project management - right away.

Lectures, exercises, simulations, videos, discussions, group work, and demonstrations covering key Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and Project Management (Agile, Scrum, waterfall) methodologies, tools, and concepts. Learn by doing and engage in exercises focused on a particular business (Intake, Onboarding, Billing, Timekeeping) or legal (Litigation, Discovery, Trademark application, M&A,) process for the duration of the course. 

No prerequisites, all successful candidates earn a Yellow Belt Certification from our certification partner.

A case study, group work, and presentations to the faculty involving the selection of a change management model, development of a project and change management plan that includes communication, handling resistance, and measuring and reporting success.
