• The Disruptor We've Been Waiting for is...Procurement? It could be, says Deb Tesser (don't know what legal procurement is all about? Read this interview of Silvia Hodges Silverstein)

• Design Thinking is Fundamentally Conservative & Preserves the Status Quo: there are so many positive reports on DT's application in law, and it seems to be such a valuable tool for innovation...so it's valuable to read a skeptical perspective.

• Why is Microsoft Hosting its Law Firms in Redmond (and why it matters): an interesting piece by Zach Abramowitz.

• Legal Business World: this free, web-based publication has a series of terrific articles this issue on innovation in law. LBW is always worth a read/download, but more so even than usual with this time around.
