Ballard Spahr LLP has a terrific opportunity for a talented Proposal Coordinator to join the Ballard Spahr marketing and business development team. The primary responsibility is the preparation and delivery or pitches/proposals/RFPs. This role reports to the Proposal Manager and interacts with attorneys, directors of practice management, Legal Pricing/Project Management, Risk Management, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, legal administrative assistants, and partner firms to coordinate and complete projects.
