| Client Service and Events Specialist About: Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt Schwabe is a Pacific Northwest law firm that offers a new client experience based on a deep industry focus. Position Overview: Join an innovative and collaborative team passionate about providing high-quality client experiences. As a Client Service and Events Specialist, your role is crucial in planning and executing engaging events to support the firm's client service and strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Client Relations team, lawyers, and other stakeholders, you will create impactful events such as seminars, receptions, dinners, and networking gatherings, contributing significantly to the firm's success. Your role will encompass end-to-end event execution, which includes planning, budget management, contract negotiations, logistics, and post-event analysis. You will also take charge of virtual and hybrid events, vendor relationships, invitations, and schedules while assisting with the firm's Client Relationship Management database and client service initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for compiling event data and delivering comprehensive year-end event metrics and ROI analysis for Firm Management. In this role, you'll not only help evolve the firm's Client Service initiatives, but also have the unique opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic, and fast-moving environment. Schwabe offers a hybrid work model, which means you'll have the flexibility to work in an office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday. This position may be in our Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA office. Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt provides a team-oriented working environment, offering competitive salaries and excellent benefits including medical, dental, life, LTD, 401(k)/profit sharing retirement, tuition reimbursement, EAP, transit subsidy, and paid time off. Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
